The application modernizes access to ASSQ’s flagship products by enabling users to purchase the Ski Passe-Partout, Ma Première Fois, or even the RFID card directly from their phone. This centralized approach greatly simplifies the process, eliminates unnecessary trips to physical points of sale, and makes the experience more accessible, especially during peak periods. Users can also purchase regular-price day tickets, all available in just a few taps.
Once purchased, passes and tickets are grouped together in a dedicated wallet section. Skiers can quickly view their access, add tickets for family members, or complete a purchase on-site if needed. This mobile-first approach transforms the buying experience, making it more flexible, faster, and fully integrated into the ski day.
To make lift access effortless, physical RFID cards received by the user can be activated directly in the app via NFC. No manual number entry required. Once scanned, passes are automatically linked to the user’s profile and added to the in-app wallet. Skiers can then head straight to the access gates without stopping at the ticket counter, for a faster, frictionless experience.
Beyond checking real-time snow conditions and weather updates, the app allows users to favorite resorts, access personalized recommendations based on their skiing habits, and plan their ski days directly from their phone. Tickets remain accessible even when offline.
Resorts can also communicate with their guests in real time through push notifications. Fresh-snow alerts, temporary lift closures, promotions, or special events can be shared within seconds. Connected to the CRM, this communication layer enables audience segmentation and targeted messaging based on experience level, preferences, and purchase history — a capability that was previously difficult for the ASSQ to implement.
The experience is further enhanced with exclusive features such as facial recognition for fast, secure login, as well as mobile payments through Apple Pay and Google Pay.
The application integrates multiple external APIs (weather, snow conditions, live cameras, ticketing) and standardizes these data streams to ensure consistent display across the entire network. This data layer enriches the user experience while generating anonymized insights on attendance, purchasing behaviors, and usage patterns.
Beyond the customer experience, the application becomes a strategic tool for ASSQ member resorts. Through geolocation and personalization, they gain a direct channel to inform and retain their guests, while accessing valuable data on visitation habits.
This platform also unlocks new possibilities. A white-label version is planned, enabling each resort to launch its own personalized application while remaining fully connected to the shared ecosystem.
