Having served as Technical Director at Leeroy for more than four years, Nicholas has played a pivotal role in expanding the agency’s technology offering. Under his leadership, Leeroy has strengthened its web and application development practices, formalized its web hosting and cloud infrastructure services, and enhanced its ability to support organizations with complex technology needs.
Over the past several years, Leeroy has contributed to the design, development, operation, and continuous evolution of digital platforms for organizations such as Place des Arts, Société de transport de Laval (STL), Intact Insurance, belairdirect, BCF Lawyers, Dermapure, the Canadian Ski Council, the Association des stations de ski du Québec (ASSQ), and many other leading organizations across Quebec and Canada.
The agency’s evolution has also been reflected in the growth of its cloud hosting and infrastructure practice, now relied upon by several large organizations. This enables Leeroy to provide end-to-end support, from strategy through to the operation and optimization of digital platforms.
With this appointment, Nicholas joins Vincent Ramsay-Lemelin, Chief Creative Officer (CCO), and Stéphanie Villani, Vice President, Client Services, on the agency’s leadership team.
In his new role, Nicholas will oversee all technology and information systems activities across the organization. His mandate will include web and application development, quality assurance (QA), infrastructure and hosting services, as well as internal IT operations. He will also be responsible for recruiting, mentoring, developing, and managing the performance of Leeroy’s technical teams.
Recognized not only for his technical expertise but also for his leadership and ability to bring people together, Nicholas will play a central role in the agency’s innovation, research and development, and artificial intelligence initiatives. His appointment also marks a new chapter in Leeroy’s commitment to AI, both within its internal operations and in the solutions it develops for clients.
Prior to joining Leeroy, Nicholas held key technology leadership roles throughout his career, including at lg2, where he led the research and development team. His experience has enabled him to develop deep expertise in software development, digital architecture, cloud infrastructure, and technology innovation.
This leadership structure is designed to support the agency’s continued growth around its three core pillars: strategy, creativity, and technology. Together, the leadership team will help accelerate innovation, strengthen the agency’s service offering, and support organizations through their most ambitious digital transformations.
Already embedded across the agency’s practices, artificial intelligence is helping Leeroy’s teams increase efficiency in design, development, quality assurance, and technology operations. The agency also works closely with clients to identify, design, and deploy AI-powered solutions that deliver measurable gains in productivity, automation, data analysis, and user experience.
“Beyond fueling the agency’s creative ambition, Nicholas has played a major role in expanding our technology practice well beyond traditional digital development. He has helped build a comprehensive offering that spans development, hosting, infrastructure, operations, and innovation. This expertise now allows us to support clients throughout the entire lifecycle of their digital platforms, from strategy through to operations. His appointment as CTO reflects both his exceptional contribution and Leeroy’s ambitions for the years ahead,” added Pierre-André Roy, Chief Executive Officer.
